OUR SERVICES
A clever concept to process milk on alpine pastures during the summer months and/or at a farm during the winter – wherever it can be of use (tourism, gastronomy, entertainment). It requires electricity, water and a free space of approximately 6x3 meters.
OUR RESULTS
Since the start, the founders have had cheese experts, affineurs, container specialists and cheese fans in their network. The team was able to equip two Alps in Glarus and Gantrisch in a short time. Find out more about the milestones reached.
