CHEESE AGING AND CARE / RIPENING

CHEESUS Alpkäse matured in the historic K3 sandstone cellar in Burgdorf and was cared for and constantly tested by long-standing cheese specialists.

Did you know? The Käsekeller K3 is one of the best and most renowned places to let cheese mature. 

OUR PRODUCTS

CHEESUS ALPINE CHEESE

This alpine cheese was made by hand by the cheesemakers on Alp Meeren and Alp Nünenen with great passion and many years of experience until the end of summer 2022 and sold online and via Natürli (Coop) and delicatessen shops until the beginning of 2023.
