During the alpine season, 400 to 800 liters of milk are processed per day.

The mobile cheese dairy can also include devices such as cheese kettles, press tables and cheese molds. 

​

Water and electricity connections are required. 

​

The dimensions of the mobile cheese dairy are usually 6 x 3 meters. 

​
